Experience supporting organizational change such as process changes, changes to organizational structure, shifts in strategy, etc. ? Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and thought leadership. ? Ability to influence and build credibility upward, downward and laterally in cross-functional environments. ? Collaborative & Customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization. ? Self-learner who is proactive & solution-oriented. ? Be comfortable to challenge the status quo. ? A passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment. ? Strong HR Consulting and business partnering experience required especially in depth experience in performance management, employee relations, investigations and strong knowledge of HR law and applications. ? The candidate must be able and willing to "roll up their sleeves and get things done" as well as possess a "can do" attitude". ? Must demonstrate highly effective interpersonal communication skills and a sound understanding of the business. ?
