The Payroll and Benefits Administrator performs complex administrative duties in support of benefits administration, payroll submission, records maintenance, metrics, analytics and reports. Duties may also include researching international and other issues related to payroll, benefits, and employment as assigned. The successful candidate for this position will have at least three years experience in a fast-paced, full-service human resources department and a minimum of two years experience in payroll and benefits administration. A professional demeanor, equanimity under pressure, excellent human relations skills, and the ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion and judgment are also key to success.
