The Sr. HRIS Analystwill partner with Human Resources Information Systems team in the definition, development, and implementation of HR technology solutions for proposed and ongoing systems along with providing training as needed.Anticipates, investigates, and defines internal customers information needs and develops recommendations for new systems and changes to existing systems and processes.Leads the implementation and maintenance of Human Resources information systems. Documents and analyzes business rules and processes. Creates and maintains system and user documentation. Trains users in related systems and processes.Serves as liaison between internal customers and technical support personnel. Translates user requests into technical system documentation.Manages selected projects related to system changes, upgrades, or conversions.Participates in the provision of technical support for Document Management System.Provides accurate reporting and analysis for department management.
