Kellogg Company is seeking a Compensation Analyst for their Battle Creek, MI location. Conducts day to day Compensation activities, including support of the Compensation Planning process; conducts program delivery, as well as runs, produces and distributes related reports. Takes part in Compensation initiatives and projects. Serves as a local/regional/Area analyst as appropriate and contributes to the execution of global programs. 1.Manages day to day function specific processing and administration for Compensation 2.Maintains expertise and knowledge of industry practice, as well as legal and other compliance 3.Works with Specialists towards issue resolution, client follow up, and case closure; Conduct in-depth research and resolve complex issues requiring deep back office knowledge 4.Maintains Compensation supporting systems - manage required system configuration changes, etc. through testing and deployment; implement regulatory changes, update program parameters 5.Manages accuracy of interfaces to 3rd parties systems and resolve errors 6.Facilitates required system changes with IT based on plan design changes, legal compliance, etc. 7.Monitors system reports to manage that data is entered timely and accurately and data management Service Level Agreements are met 8.Resolves data discrepancies between Kellogg and vendors systems 9.Monitors and manages regulatory and legal compliance; produces specialized reports, including regulatory and compliance reporting 10.Manages vendor relationships and monitors vendor Service Level Agreements 11.Monitors and manages benchmarks with other companies 12.Manages compliance with audit standards 13.Communicates relevant updates/changes to Tier 1 front and back office, and Tier 2 front office needed for customer service and data management 14.Ensures supporting documentation is accurate 15.Ensures program design and administration is compliant with local regulations and laws 16.Analyzes Compensation data, trends and process management, recommends process improvements 17.Identifies opportunities to launch/support new HR services and capabilities 18.Develops and organizes Compensation surveys and designs mass communication material as well as specialized intranet content where applicable 19.With Specialists, helps manage Compensation activities with higher level of difficulty, e.g. compensation planning 20.More specifically, Coordinates Job assessment and market data updates Provides support for the annual Compensation Planning process, and the Compensation Planning System Supports Market survey participation Controls budget structures, bonus allocations and adjustments Executes calculations 21.Complies with Kellogg policies regarding data privacy and security; protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference; and, report known/perceived.
