We have an opportunity available within our Human Resources group for a HRIS Analyst. Overview Responsible for HRIS analysis and documentation of business requirements, custom development, ongoing data and system maintenance (including custom security), process flows, test plans, implementations, training, reporting, and customer support for HRIS system. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system and data through planning analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the configuration, programs, procedures, and tools related to the HRIS system operation. Essential Functions Understand all aspects of Ceridian Source 500 centralized/decentralized, for multiple locations including integration with mainframe, interfaces with other systems; Work with Ceridian technical resources and outside vendors or consultants as needed Participate in the implementation of ADP Enterprise including system and interface configuration Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system-related errors including network connectivity issues Maintain/Develop customization applied to database Create SQL statements for Mass Edits in Ceridian Responsible for imports into Ceridian system (salary increases, bonus payouts, supervisor imports, next review dates) Maintain, test and apply database security Coordinate software upgrades/enhancements on system with Ceridian and system users Investigate errors and take corrective action regarding data integrity issues Schedule and plan for implementation, testing, documentation of procedures, training, and monitoring of post-implementation tasks of a project; Must be familiar with the system?s scope and project?s objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively influence, lead, and coordinate the activities of the team to execute a project plan successfully Maintain, organize and audit user access forms and spreadsheets quarterly for review by HRIS & VP of HR and internal or external auditors for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance Work with end-users to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure consistent usage of system by all users Develop and test Crystal reports as needed/requested Provide individual training to HRIS system users; Update and create user documentation or procedures for HRIS system Responsible for weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports Translate general ledger files and send to SAP for posting Receive and translate 401k files and send to internal 401k administrator Responsible for compiling, and completing the EEO-1 and VETS-100 report annually Manage the benefit plan set up, maintain eligibility formulas and rate tables Assist the payroll group as needed Skill/Experience Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration preferred with 3-5 years of HRIS experience required Ceridian, PeopleSoft, ADP or other HRIS System experience required Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports, SQL, MS Office including Excel and Access required Must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple project initiatives in a time sensitive environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization Strong project management, organization and analytical skills required Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible to meet changing business demands Bunge offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
