Responsibilities: Provide total compensation market analysis of positions and provide pay/incentive/grade recommendations Consult with human resource relationship managers and business unit management to review and provide guidance on base pay and promotional increase recommendations Partner with the business and HR to design incentive compensation programs, systems and scorecards including modeling and costing of possible results Participate in and analyze compensation surveys as well as other available competitor information to ensure competitive market based compensation Assist with the management of the quarterly incentive compensation program, annual performance management, and annual merit review processes Assist with the integration of total rewards for acquisitions Research and analyze data and prepare adhoc employee compensation reports as needed for management Create various communications and presentations to communicate compensation policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, other members of HR, and executives Acts as a point of contact and consultant for Human Resources Relationship Managers Experience: Requirements: Extremely strong, proven Excel skills required Excellent analytical, project management, problem resolution and customer service skills Strong interpersonal, logical reasoning, detail-oriented, written and verbal persuasion/communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, set priorities in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality Ability to create PowerPoint presentations with complex compensation data Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with PeopleSoft and Mercer ePRISM helpful Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field 4 - 5 years of compensation experience including 2-3 years incentive plan design experience 2-3 years of project administration/management 2 years experience in job evaluation and market based compensation systems Experience in writing and evaluating job descriptions a plus (including FLSA requirements) Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations related to compensation CCP, PHR/SPHR certifications are preferred TD AMERITRADE is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Description:
Develops, implements, updates, and maintains human resources information system. Researches costs for development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS for presentation to management. Researches HRIS vendors to determine if market products match organizational needs and budgets, and presents options and costs to management. Manages data input into system. Audits data in the HRIS. Researches and corrects incorrect data. Serves as resource to staff on all functionality and data contained in HRIS. Develops, updates, and modifies tables, queries, reports, and other systems applications and processes. Maintains system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency. Completes new hire and on-going training on the system for staff in the human resources department and for other NFM staff as needed. Generates routine reports and designs special reports as requested. Streamlines and documents HRIS processes. Import/Export Electronic Data Transfers with payroll and insurance carriers. Works with Payroll and HR Staff to ensure efficient and timely data communication and transfer of data between the Human Resources and Payroll departments. Audits and reconciles data. Creates and revises electronic file transmission to medical and dental carriers if carriers change. Serve as the project coordinator for implementation of new or additional software functionalities. Research and implement enhancements to the system. Document all changes. Redesign and update human resources information on NFM's intranet as needed. Manage climate survey and 360 degree feedback software. Assist in training on such software. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 3-5 years experience in maintaining an HRIS. Knowledge of operating systems, personal computer hardware and software products. Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, Crystal Reporting and SQL Server are preferred.
