Job Title: HRIS Analyst Company: Location: Lincoln, RI Description: Adecco along with a Fortune 100 company are seeking a HRIS Analyst. Position Summary: Responsible for HRIS Data Entry and Security Administration to support service delivery for MinuteClinic. Provide support to field management and continuous process improvements in support of the HRIS / Data Management function Job Description: ? Provide HRIS data entry, administration and reporting support as well as service delivery for MinuteClinic employees ? Works in partnership with outsource service providers (ADP) and internal business partners to deliver timely and accurate service. ? Monitor and provide detailed analysis and recommendations relating to reporting. This includes but is not limited to, headcount reports and benefit census reports ? Create ad hoc reports as needed and provide to different domains/ departments ? Responsible for developing recommendations relating to service process improvements and related project implementations. ? Conducts root cause analyses as necessary. Provide support relating to the resolution of disputes and problem escalation arising from HRIS data related activities. ? Plan and provide support relating to the implementation of indicative data related changes Job Requirements: ? Bachelors Degree, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible Human Resources and HRIS/Payroll database
