Common PurposeUncommon CommitmentThink CUNA Mutual We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as an HRIS Analyst · This position is responsible for the effective design, development, and maintenance of a sustainable and well controlled security processes around the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role must ensure the continued execution of processes that provide rigorous internal controls throughout our various HRIS systems. · This position partners with the Employee Resource Center (ERC) leaders to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for the ERC and HR and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. It also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. · This position deals with a wide range of confidential information and needs to ensure compliance with our corporate privacy policies and is required to sign the confidentiality/Privacy Policy statement. You must bring to the table… · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience); 5+ years of experience with HRIS system implementation and maintenance, and administration and/or development of a robust HRIS internal control system including information security (PeopleSoft preferred); · Experience in identifying and implementing significant process/system changes, including system upgrades and experience maintaining Human Resource Information Systems and related Payroll, Benefit applications; Experience in the development and maintenance of rigorous internal controls within HRIS system security including how that control is applied and maintained in processes. This requires a broad level of understanding HR transactions and support; · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem identification/resolution skills with an emphasis on quality control of data and demonstrated understanding of the importance of data security and privacy issues surrounding payroll, benefits and employment; Project management skills. Ability to organize, plan, and time management skills, including the ability to establish appropriate priorities and manage deadlines, both as an individual and as it relates to delegating work activities to multiple staff; · Proficient with web based applications, automated transaction systems, Self Service functionality and Workflow, query report writing skills, spreadsheet, and relational databases; Ability to clearly communicate business and technical information in a range of methods (written, verbal, formal presentation).
