Job Title: HRIS & Compensation Manager Company: Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation Location: Bethel, AK Description: The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation (YKHC) is located in the Southwestern Alaska town of Bethel, with a total of approximately 6,000 people. YKHC supports 1500 employees, providing the health services to a primarily Yyp?ik Eskimo Native population for an area the size of Oregon. Services are provided through a Bethel located hospital and 50 clinics throughout the YK Delta. This position, a key member of the Human Resources Department, will be expected, as a key initial function, to develop the Kronos HRIS package to integrate with the already established Kronos time and attendance and payroll systems. Additional responsibilities will include:Substantial HRIS Project Management experience. Designs, plans, and implements corporate compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for achieving organization's desired position in market and compensation goals, and conducting or participating in surveys. Ensures the compensation program enhances the organization's ability to recruit and retain employees. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
