View all our jobs Job The Benefits Analyst will take the lead in researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining cost effective and high quality benefit programs for Sony Ericsson's Americas region (multiple sites in the US, Canada, and Latin America). This is an individual contributor role with support provided by various outsourced vendors. The Benefits Analyst will also monitor costs, quality, delivery, vendor performance and compliance with local and federal regulations. He/She will work very closely with HR Managers, management and employees to ensure a broad undestanding of programs. This individual will also be responsible for designing and implementing programs that proactively support the health and wellness of our employees. NOTES: Local Residents Preferred (No Relo)
