  Position Purpose: To research, analyze, evaluate, and administer corporate benefit plans/programs. Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2-4 years benefits/HR experience in an automated environment, preferably in the healthcare, financial or professional services industry. Related benefits certifications/training a plus (i.e. CEBS). Experience in HRIS systems, particularly related to health and welfare systems.
