The Senior Benefits Analyst - Investment Plans (Benefits Analyst III) will provide program oversight of day to day administration of the company's investment benefit programs including 401(k) and pension plans.  Serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating external and internal processing of plan administration.  Interfaces with external actuaries, record keeper(s), and administrators, as well as internal partners including finance/accounting, Employee Shared Services (i.e. HRIS, payroll, EDM), Treasury, etc., in order to facilitate an integrated and compliant process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures timely funding of 401(k) plan contributions, quarterly funding of pension plans and payment of PBGC premiums. This includes:  a) actuarial support, b) pension outsourcing services, c) external ERISA counsel, d) 401(k) record keeper(s) -  including but not limited to annual discrimination testing. Leads integration process for mergers/acquisitions, and/or downsizing activity as it relates to investment plans.  Coordinates with internal labor team and internal process partners to ensure accurate application of plan designs in compliance with CBA's. Updates vendors as necessary.
