Human Resources Administrator Description We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator for our Facility. Candidate would report to the HR Manager and provide various levels of support. Responsibilities include: - Assist employees directly with routine inquiries and basic Human Resources issues. - Create and maintain confidential employee files to ensure all required documents are in place. - Maintain HRIS database including, but not limited to data entry and report generation. - Communicates all necessary information or correspondence to appropriate parties regarding employee and/or dependent benefit enrollments, status changes, or termination of benefits. - Preparation and distribution of employee announcements and other communications, including our quarterly employee newsletter - Post jobs and assist HR Manager with recruiting such as conducting reference checks, scheduling and coordinating interviews. - Performs other related duties as required or as assigned. - Frequent handling of confidential information and materials. Requirements Successful candidates for this role must possess: - 3 or more years Human Resources experience in a similar role. - Professionalism, dependability, and a desire for challenge. - Ability to organize and coordinate work. - Analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Computer and Internet literacy - Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of MS Publisher a plus - HRIS experience, preferably ADP - Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish, with the ability to translate simple documents.
