Performs diversified clerical and administrative support within Human Resources including: creating and maintaining personnel/employee files; assigning employee numbers; recording changes to employee status as necessary(e.g., change of address, rate increases, terminations, etc); verifying payroll; enrolling new employees in programs; conducting orientation, and processing and recording employee information; maintains and distributes employee communications; administer and score aptitude test and assisting in other employment activities. This job requires confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and honesty. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be efficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
