Sr. HR Administrator (6 months - temporary) - 4115 Kelly Services onsite at Novo Nordisk is recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator for a 6 month temporary assignment.  Pay range: $22-28 per hour.Core Functions * Proactively manages and maintains calendar. Ensures required monthly meetings are scheduled. * Coordinates and schedules meetings across all client areas - reserves meeting rooms, ensures all pre-work/communications are developed and sent ahead of time and ensures meeting/conference room logistics meet requirements. * Opens, reviews, sorts and prioritizes mail. Responds to and researches general client questions. * Prepares high quality PPT presentation and other reports under limited guidance. * Proactively anticipates needs through ongoing and regular communication with manager. * Meets all deadlines and produces high quality work. * Manages key processes for client areas (360 administration, processing paperwork, Exit interview administration with outside vendor, 3P/IDP support, on-boarding, general workshops/training/evaluations, etc). * Works on special projects as requested for client areas. Ensures a clear understanding of project/work objectives and a high degree of accuracy and independence. * Attends periodic client group administrator meetings to keep up to date on projects and offers assistance when needed. * Arranges business travel and hotel accommodations and develops travel itineraries for Directors. * Creates correspondence and reports with a high degree of accuracy. * Processes Personnel forms and e-approvals for promotions, changes and terminations within client groups. Ensures all necessary signatures are captured for compliance purposes. * Produces promotion letters and ensures acceptance signature is acquired. * Assists with producing year end performance review spreadsheets for each client group and ensures that the ratings and bonus information is captured correctly and are distributed to directors/managers for feedback/approval. * Updates and proofreads job descriptions. Minimum Requirements * HS diploma or equivalent. Associates degree highly preferred. * At least 6 years administrative experience. * HR experience in staffing department support or coordinator role stongly preferred; able to maintain highest level of confidentiality. * Must be proactive and able to multi - task/anticipate next steps and deliver high quality results within designated timeframes * Strong communication/interpersonal skills. * Experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email system required. * Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
