Coordinates cost-effective and efficient production and distribution.When applicable, enters and maintains training data in SAP/Excel. Conducts post-course follow up to include records/statistics compilation, documentation, and reporting. Assists employees in locating and evaluating their options for individual development (college courses, external seminars, WBT, etc). Acts as resource for information on and help with commonly requested programs (Rosetta Stone, WorkKeys, etc.).
