Payroll duties include processing weekly payroll utilizing Timberline accounting software with responsibility for all payroll related tax filings and reporting including job costing and year-end IRS reporting. Completes all payroll tax returns, workers compensation and unemployment insurance claims, calculates cash requirements for weekly payroll, reconciles monthly payroll bank accounts. Reports and remits support orders and garnishments. Files and maintains state required DFWP and EEO program reporting. Human Resources duties include maintaining resume/application recruitment forms, personnel records, benefits administration and safety and training. Must process applications and changes related to all employee benefit programs including 401(k), health insurance and COBRA compliance requirements.
