Posted Position Title Senior HR Administrator, Healthcare Systems Career Level Entry-Level Function Human Resources Function Segment Administration and Support Location United States U.S. State or China Province Wisconsin City Milwaukee Postal Code 53223-3219 Relocation Expenses None Role Summary/Purpose A Human Resources Administrator (HRA) performs confidential HR administrative activities requiring analytical application and independent judgment in support of the HR function. Essential Responsibilities ·Providing PowerPoint support in the creation of presentations used internally and externally ·Coordinating logistics for internal training sessions and meetings ·Assisting with HR job candidate interview scheduling ·Administering HR temporary support request into My Resources or other generating systems ·Running reports in Cognos, Webi, business objects and other business reporting programs ·Tracking expenses and processing invoices using PO System ·Inputting and updating data into Oracle HR ·Providing support to HR, managers and employees on HR processes and systems such as the e-tools that support performance management (EMS, Session C), retention (employee exit forms), training (MyLearning), and other such systems ·Keeping organization charts up to date as directed ·Supporting managers by providing timely information concerning their employees, company policy and practices ·Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required ·Composing correspondence and reports for own or manager's signature ·Maintaining filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential ·Providing administrative support to clients through telephone coverage (if needed), making travel arrangements, expense account reconciliation, filing, scheduling meetings and other general correspondence ·Providing payroll support for hourly associates ·Provide support to Operations team and hourly associates; including quick & accurate answering of questions on payroll, benefits, and time & attendance. Qualifications/Requirements 1.Associate degree in Business Administration OR 3 or more years of work as a HR administrator and a high school diploma or equivalent GED 2.2 or more years of administrative experience OR a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, business, labor relations or similar can substitute for the experience for the HR administrator role. 3.Excellent PC Skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint 4.Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English language, both written and verbal Quality Specific Requirements: 1.Aware of and comply with the GE Healthcare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4.Awareness, understanding and implementation of HR related quality compliance guidelines, work instructions, and/or procedures as they are related to the HR administrator job… such as: org charts, job descriptions, training records that the HR administrator is assigned to update.
