Job Title: Human Resources Consultant Company: Location: Phoenix, AZ Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Human Resources Consultant located in the West Valley to work on a special project with the federal government. Job Description: Provides top tier-level assessments of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Provides expert analysis and solutions for enhancing organizational culture, customer service, quality assurance, employment, placement, orientation and training, labor relations, 360 Feedback, compensation, benefits, and employee services. Evaluates company compliance with current, applicable labor laws. Required Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, management or related field; supplemented with seven (7) years of professional experience in at least three of the six major functional areas of human resources; Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
