Job Title: HR STAFFING CONSULTANT Company: Adecco Location: Washington, DC Description: We are in search of a top notch HR Staffing Recruiter with recent International development experience. This job will require you to support the staff working in the International Servicecs Departments. This opportunity will enable you to be a part of the Corporate Human Resources unit for a non-profit organization. This is a challenging, but yet full-filling job that takes experience and time management. You will perform full-lifecycle Recruitment for assigned client groups.Some responsibilities will include: • Consult and collaborate with client groups to design and implement innovative recruiting strategies for assigned positions.• Use “best practice” sourcing/recruitment methods to develop/maintain multiple channels and networks to build diverse and high caliber sourcing pool. • Evaluate and rate applicants based on position requirements and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of qualified candidates to hiring manager.• Maintain current knowledge on applicable laws, regulations, and trends in recruitment, and organizational policies, benefits, and compensation. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. It is preferable for the candidate to be a team player and have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
