HRBP Global Procurement OrganizationWe are looking for a highly skilled HR Business Partner to team with the Global Procurement Leader that will help to partner and influence the new Global Procurement Organization. The HRBP GPO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the people deployment to support the transitioning K-C to new Global Procurement organization. The incumbent will proactively work with GPO organization and across K-C Business Units in managing the interdependencies and alignment to drive the vision of our new GPO Strategy Organization: People Responsibilities/Reporting Line/Partnerships.Key Relationships: GPO Organization, especially leadership team, Corporate Functions Staff HRBP’sThe HRBP GPO will be in an individual contributor role with global responsibilities that is expected to partner with the GPO organization to deliver the strategic objectives and initiatives to realize the new organization design.The incumbent must be able to effectively partner with multi-functional Business and HR Global resources and assist in driving HR solutions that support the GPO Organization business units around the Globe.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Partners with the GPO to:•Attract, hire, on-board, and retain needed talent within the business.•Ensures Performance Management is being applied at all levels to foster an environment of accountability, development and results.•Aligns the Company’s management team to define and instill common human resource core values operating in the spirit of One K-C Global HR. •Provides leadership to ensure the organization fosters an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results.•Coaches and consults GPO Leadership and Staff on team effectiveness, team leadership, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.•Determine the strategic goals and align the HR initiatives to meet those goals.•Ensure that the human resource environment is compatible with national & global norms and expectations on a global basis. Embrace effective style differences in the international organization.•Benchmark the human resource function and implement a continuous improvement program. Drive continuous improvement in the development of the GPO HR function.Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business or related field. •10 or more years of work experience in a Lead HR position, or HR Generalist role. Preferred Qualifications: •Master’s Degree•Navigating in a Global Organization•Demonstrated functional proficiency in the areas of staffing, organizational development and effectiveness, change management, compensation, labor relations, legislative and regulatory compliance.•Bilingual and/or International experience •Requires thorough knowledge of human resource policies and procedures Other: •Proven team leadership skillsto manage and facilitate multiple projects, the ability to articulate and support the vision, and influence across teams. •Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities within the business and organization. • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communications skills. • Demonstrated organizational and personal sensitivity with ability to work in a team environment.

Will develop and implement employee selection and placement, training and performance programs. Advise management of training needs via a gap analysis. Observe and interview workers, write reports on research findings and implications. Work with management to reorganize the work setting to improve worker productivity.
