The Kenexa Staffing Consultant is responsible for Hiring Manager customer satisfaction with Kenexa RPO services.  The Staffing Consultant serves as the single point-of-contact for Hiring Managers and their staffing needs.  Staffing Consultants manage client relationships, define and execute sourcing strategies, and guide the sourcing and recruiting activity of Researchers and Recruiters on the Kenexa team.
