  We are looking for a Staffing Consultant for a three to four month assignment.  This position is based in Cambridge, MA.     Summary   The Staffing Consultant is responsible for developing relationships within an assigned business unit as well the day to day recruitment, placement and retention of temporary associates.  This role also encompasses implementing temporary associate programs to promote retention and relationship building.   Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Staffing Consultant is self-directed, focusing on results and achieving goals.  This person has direct impact on the ability of the client team to meet their deliverables by providing high quality, highly specialized, and timely temporary staffing solutions.  This position specifically supports the recruitment of students for client's summer intern program.   Responsibilities Work with Hiring Managers to clearly define needs for InternshipsSource and screen candidates for open internshipsConduct in-depth interviews of candidates.Ensure accurate updates and integrity of files and systems . Customer Relationship Management Responsible for relationship management within defined business unit.Partner with internal support groups to create solutions to staffing/recruitment challenges to ensure client satisfaction.Partner with client managers to streamline temporary placement process and ensure profitability of placements, as reflected in the site Profit and Loss statement.Manage the relationship of assigned client to develop staffing and recruitment strategies for specific business needs.Maintain accurate files and records of all customer interaction.
