Previous (4+ years) administrative or comparable experience, including 2 years experience in coordinating projects in complex organizational environments; progressively responsible HR-related experience preferred. Preferred technical ability with Peoplesoft and Microsoft Office Suite or other HRIS programs preferred. Awareness of federal, state, and local laws and regulations that impact human resources and the employment relationship. Strong customer service and communication skills.
