Quickly establish a working knowledge of SAAMCo, including the senior business leaders and the specific departments that comprise the mutual fund and asset management functions.2. Work with business leaders to identify workforce needs and quickly implement talent acquisition strategies to fill those needs.4. Immediately upon hire, provide interpretation of policy and law for management, working to facilitate resolution of any existing or developing issues between employees and supervisors. Investigate allegations of wrongdoing thoroughly and respond to any regulatory inquiries (EEOC, NASD, third party lawsuits, etc.) in a timely and effective manner.5.
