Job Description: As an HR business partner at the Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) manufacturing facility in Forest , Mississippi , supports multiple functions in a matrix environment. As part of a team reporting to the site HR leader, provides HR support to approximately 800 Raytheon employees. Implements strategic initiatives; develops organizational capability; improves organizational performance. Works with employees and leaders as a resource and coach on topics including organizational learning and development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
