HowardCenter is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide coordination and support to the Agency's Corporate Compliance and Quality functions.  Reporting jointly to the Director of Operations and the Manager of Human Resources, the Operations/Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for 1) maintaining investigations and incidents databases 2) monitoring the Corporate Compliance Hot Line and following up on reported complaints 3) conducting internal compliance investigations under guidance of Manager 4) providing various reports and analyses as necessary  5) tracking, measuring and reporting on a wide variety of Agency-wide performance benchmarks and creation and upkeep of Agency metrics and 6) providing high-level support to the department.   The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related and three years experience in the support and/or administration of listed duties above. Computer proficiency is a must with expertise in Word (mail merges), Excel (graphs, charts, complex formulas), and Outlook. Ability to interface with Agency's intranet site (Sharepoint) and to create complex queries in Access. Applicants must have effective oral and written communication, problem solving, research and analytical skills.
