Incumbent will have direct responsibility for development and administration of Human Resource programs and related activities. Participates as an HR business partner in assigned Business Units. Concentration in the area of Labor/Industrial Relations, HR client management and employee relations. Administers benefits, compensation, recruitment, learning and development, organizational assessment and diversity & work life in concert with centralized corporate initiatives. Responsible for projects with significant scope and complexity, participation on contract negotiations team, performance management and coaching at various levels in the organization.
