The incumbents are responsible for providing assistance in coordinating the design and implementation of plans, systems, and programs that allow employees to satisfy their needs for job security, engagement, recognition, and achievement in the pursuit of organizational objectives. Acting as a consultant, the HR Specialist will guide managers in consistent application of systems. Knowledge is attained by communicating team member concerns to leadership. The incumbent creates win-win situations between team members and Goodyear management by listening and planning methods of resolutions strategies.
