It is our team of almost 100,000 committed employees that will sustain our vision.  The past has been impressive, but our history is just a launching point to an exciting future with tremendous potential—potential that can only become reality with a team of outstanding men and women… That’s where you come in. Opportunity: We are currently interviewing select individuals for the position of Senior Employee Relations Specialist.  Located in our North American headquarters in Cincinnati, the professional in this role will assist and support the employee relations function by providing guidance to employees and managers on employee relations questions and issues.  Specific responsibilities include: Investigating, reporting and responding to employee “hotline” calls Interviewing and interacting with relevant parties in regards to employee relations issues Reporting and resolving employee questions and concerns Using knowledge of federal and state employment laws to provide guidance to management and employees Maintaining all reports and metrics to established company standards    Requirements: For consideration, you must have 5+ years of experience in investigating and resolving complex employee relations issues.  Additionally, you must possess: A high degree of ethics including strict adherence to policies surrounding confidentiality Exceptional oral and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills in a hectic environment Ability to coordinate and resolve a high volume of issues under tight deadlines Exceptional decision making skills, with the judgment to elevate in issue to the next level when appropriate An undergraduate degree is required For Consideration: Please forward your resume in confidence to:  Register to View  No phone calls, please.
