Diagnose organization problems to determine necessary change plans by examining performance records, surveying and interviewing employees. Translate goals into actionable initiatives. Design solutions such as: coaching, mentoring, training, development, and teambuilding. Ensure effectiveness of solutions through the use of assessment instruments and surveys. Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate creative and effective employee and leadership development programs with targeted competencies. Lead the education, coaching and execution of annual performance management cycle from annual goal setting to year end reviews. Support organizational objectives by implementing change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. Evaluate and select vendors to deliver quality, integrated training and development solutions. Lead employee opinion survey design, administration, reporting, and action planning. Share knowledge across departments to ensure programs and interventions are integrated.
