Expert with experience in training and facilitation methods to provide the organization with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals both inside and outside the immediate organization to obtain information, answer questions, provide briefings, and resolve problems. The incumbent will assist in clarifying objectives and establishing concise, meaningful, and achievable goals for the ATO. The facilitator will prepare whatever materials and training are needed to meet the needs of the ATO through current and proven methods of effective group leadership and facilitation skills. The facilitator will intervene and redirect discussions as needed, and to recommend different approaches that can save time or produce better results. The incumbent will prepare post session meeting reports to include next steps, actions items, training required and timeframe established for completion of projects as scheduled.Qualifications:All applicants must demonstrate 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade or pay band level (GS-12 or H band level for the I band and GS-13 or I band level for the J band) in the federal government. Specialized experience is defined as experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
