If so, Lawson Software is actively recruiting Organizational Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Talent Management Team! Responsibilities * Utilizing various technology, tools and systems, and in collaboration with the OD team, provides development and deployment support, administration and services * Collaborates with the broader HR community on organization development programs and processes to ensure consistent and effective implementation across the organization * Collaborate with OD team in the design and delivery of solutions such as surveys, systems, processes and tools * Prepares and coordinates classroom events, schedules rooms, people and all other necessary resources manages resources and inventory * Coordinates with course registrants to ensure they are prepared * Supports the design of training and development programs including the delivery of materials and job aids (participant workbooks, facilitator guides, learning assessments, course evaluations and course summary reporting) * Assists in the development of LMS; maintains * Provides basic consultation, support and delivery of programs to managers and employees on a variety of OD services and programs designed to optimize business performance and create employee engagement * Acts as point of contact globally with employees and management regarding OD issues/questions, etc * Conducts research to support OD initiatives using various sources * Creates feeling of "one-Lawson" versus a geography view Ensures business sees "one-HR"; lives Lawson*s core values * Coordinates and updates OD owned Globe pages Qualifications Business/Financial Acumen: *Possesses basic business and financial acumen * Technical / Systems * Demonstrates competence in leveraging and manipulating systems and technology to cause efficiencies * Knowledge of tools and systems related to leadership development, performance management, learning/training, career pathing, assessment and measurement, succession planning and general human resources practices * Change Management * Demonstrates personal resilience and learning orientation * Interpersonal Skills * Build and maintains effective relationships with all levels in the organization * Communicates effectively in writing and orally, including highly developed listening skills * Assists to impact change and encourage engagement * Effective interpersonal communication skills to interact with customers and team members Project Management: * Partners with OD Team Members on projects/assignments and executes against plans * Ability to effectively collaborate with and work through others to achieve desired outcomes * Act as associate project manager on special projects * Strong presentation development/delivery and writing skills (eg proficient in Microsoft Office Suite) HR Expertise: * Familiarity with labor/employee relations knowledge and skills with some direct experience working with labor relations issues * Demonstrates appreciation and understanding of cultural diversity to apply to global work environment * Understands issues domestically and internationally and communicate effectively with clients * Knowledge of relevant country and local laws relating to employee issues Other: * Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze prRJC:1066
