  Summary: This Mid-Level Professional position develops and implements programs to align work force and key business initiatives through use of organizational effectiveness solutions. This position operates as an internal consultant to management in a lead role on the identification, development, and implementation of new processes, talent management and leadership development. Scope: SSC/DC/Field Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for administration, maintenance and integrity of the performance review process and talent management system; continuously evaluates the impact and effectiveness of OD solutions to ensure highest level of execution and results. Evaluate business initiatives to determine the appropriate organizational effectiveness initiatives/solutions needed to meet the long & short term business goals. Writes business proposals, completes project plans and deliver executive presentations to promote new direction and organizational priorities. Analyze and interpret information from various data sources using data collection tools and assessment methods. Use information to determine value-added solutions to continually enhance organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and project sponsors/ team members to ensure alignment and integration of strategies to ensure successful implementations. Serve as key OD resource to educate all team member levels to implement new processes. Education Requirements: Minimum: Bachelors degree Preferred: Bachelors degree and certificate in Organization Development or PHR/SPHR Experience Requirements: Minimum: 2 years organizational development work experience and 1-2 years training & development and or 2 years human resource management experience as HR Specialist or HR Manager or above. Other Skills or Certifications: Advanced skill in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Understand use of various data gathering tools (manual and online) Familiarity with LMS Dimensions/Competencies: Attract, Retain, Coach and Develop Talent Adapt & Learn Accountability & Results Orientation Communicate Effectively Customer Focus Teamwork & Collaboration
