Bachelor?s Degree required and 3+ years recruiting experience (at least 3 years in a corporate setting vs only 3rd party) ? 3+ years experience with behavior based interviewing techniques also a must. ? Experience recruiting exempt & non-exempt in a fast paced, high volume environment ? Experience recruiting for a service industry (ideally with experience staffing a call center, direct sales, medium to high volume roles, etc). ? Knowledge of employment law; superior communication, partnership-building, self-motivation, and organization skills; and knowledge of Word, Excel, and resume database systems essential. ?
