n Conduct job based and behavioral interviews with candidates.
n Conduct in-depth interviews of candidates including professional reference checks.
n Set expectations with candidates with regard to job title and pay rate.
n Assign appropriately skilled field associates to clients.
n Ensure timely and accurate updates to files and systems.
Manage relationships with both end users and field associates.
n Partner with Senior Staffing Specialist to strategize solutions to staffing / recruiting challenges.
n Streamline field placement process and ensure profitability of placements, as reflected in the site Profit and Loss Statement.
n Maintain accurate files and records of all customer interaction, provide proactive results.
n
Support clients in addressing / resolving field associates' issues including performance management, progressive discipline and termination.
n Partner with clients to provide performance feedback to field associates and educate on progressive discipline process.
n Ensures all assigned office functions are completed in compliance with federal, state, local laws including FLSA, 1099 and immigration regulations, as well as all policies, procedures and standards of H. C. Watson Corporation.
n Conduct exit interviews and collect company property, i.e., badges, cellular phones, pagers, laptops, phone cards, etc.
n
Direct management of field staff as assigned by client base.
n Conduct performance evaluations for field associates.
n Counsel field associates on training and development opportunities.
n Provide on-going performance feedback and manage progressive discipline process when necessary.
n Conduct exit interviews.
n Facilitate orientation programs that are site and client specific.
Working relationship contacts.
n Reports to the Branch Manager .
n Manages and has a clear understanding of database of clients.

Training/Experience/Skills Required:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 4-year college degree and 2-4 years of related experience preferred
· Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
· Knowledge of modeling/talent staffing and agency booking and human resources
· Experience in promotions and event marketing preferred
· Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel and Word.
