Job Title: Recruiter Company: Spherion Location: Fargo, ND Description: Recruiter Recruitment Coordinator We seek a positive and sensitive individual with experience in Human Resources. Our client is engaged in a growing sector in the service industry. This position will recruit team members and coordinate training, support and retention efforts for those team members. The individual we seek will have compassion, maturity, great interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and enjoy working with and for clients and service providers. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, as is some post-secondary education. The successful candidate will be organized, flexible and have initiative to do what must be done to serve clients. A professional appearance is important as is a calm demeanor. Normal hours are M-F, 8-5 and monthly "on-call" duty is assigned for back up phone coverage after hours. Compensation is base starting salary with incentive potential.
