Job Title: CONTRACT RECRUITER Company: Adecco Location: Vergennes, VT Description: Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Contract Recruiter for a contract position in Northern VT.Manages full-life cycle recruitment for vacancies across all levels. Involved in talent sourcing activities related to placement, internally or externally, of candidates for experienced managerial/professional positions. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Supports Staffing Manager of Recruitment with Critical to fill Requisitions. Such as Software & System Engineers and Program Managers.Recruiter can be located out of our facilities: MN, OH or VT. Recruiting emphasis will be for our facility in Vergennes, VT. -Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques- Experienced in creative sourcing -Strong Internet recruiting tools are required-Knowledge of state and federal laws as the pertain to hiringA minimum 5 years recent professional level recruitment required.
