This is a great entry-level corporate recruiting position with one of the U.S. government's leading providers of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs supporting the Intelligence Community; the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security and Justice; the Space Community; and other federal government agencies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to learn about the recruiting life-cycle for highly cleared, highly technical candidates. Position Description: In this role, you will support a team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists in our Hanover office. Duties may include: * Generating requisitions in ManTech's applicant tracking system, BrassRing * Uploading candidate resumes to ManTech's applicant tracking system, BrassRing * Scheduling individual candidate interviews * Working with the Recruiters and Recruiting Management to coordinate open houses/ interview days for between 5 and 30 candidates * Sending candidates logistical information and application materials prior to interviews * Running Commercial Background Checks (CBI's) and reporting findings to the Director of Recruiting. * Gathering required paperwork to process employment offers * Preparing offer letters for signature and sending out offer letters once approved * Updating ManTech's applicant tracking system, BrassRing, with offer activity (i.e. dates when offer was extended, candidate response, etc.) and closing requisitions upon start * Gathering required new hire paperwork from candidates once an offer has been accepted * Serving as a point of contact for potential new hires with questions prior to orientation * Preparing reports for Recruiting Manager and/or Director of Recruiting utilizing ManTech's applicant tracking system, BrassRing, as necessary Position Requirements: * Requires High School diploma or equivalent, and four to five years of related experience * Previous experience supporting recruiting or HR teams preferred * Experience with a variety of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is helpful * Must be able to maintain professionalism and exercise discretion with sensitive data * Ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and will understand how completion of these tasks affects the team * Attention to detail will be essential in both reporting and system updates * Ability to understand this is a support role and a strong customer support (recruiters) mentality is a must * Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required
