In addition, this technical manager will provide trouble shooting and corrective action support to project and AWE MSG corporate staff. Key Accountabilities Develop, document, and provide training on a project specific Health and Safety program using company guidelines and processes. Implements a state of safety awareness for all work. Observe, document, train, and provide feedback to third party vendors performing work on behalf of company. Perform all near miss and actual safety accidents analysis, corrective / preventative measures, and manage Workman's Compensation process under direction of EH&S Director and legal staff.Develop, document, provide training, and implement a project specific Environmental Compliance program using company guidelines and processes. Obtain Base Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) certificate and maintain compliance with the Base program requirements. Develop with input from field staff site specific Environmental Plans and supportive documents such as EMS, EMP, SPCC, SWPP, RMP, Cross Connection Control Practice, SWAP, VA's, Water sampling plans, environmental procedures, and compliance calendars. Perform inspections as required by plans.Assists or leads the preparation of all permit applications, prepare regulatory reports, provide monthly EH&S reporting, and provides all support needed for EH&S complianceRoutinely perform audits of water and wastewater facilities for regulatory and company policy compliance, prepare audit findings, and manage closure / corrective actions.
