The Regional Safety Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the work environment of their assigned branches and region in order to ensure compliance with OSHA and related regulations. This team member plans, develops, administers, and manages organizational safety policies, programs, and training programs for multiple facilities within a multistate geographic area. Under the direction of the Director of Safety, the incumbent will investigate accidents and conduct inspections of facilities, fleet, equipment, and working conditions to monitor compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies. This new, corporate-level position will develop, implement and manage the EHS programs for TIC’s Power Generation business activities. The individual contributor will evaluate EHS risk and develop strategies to reduce liabilities and costs of non-compliance. The core responsibility for this position will be to ensure effective deployment of Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ensure regulatory compliance and collaboration. Primary Functions and Responsibilities: • Drives division’s EHS performance, incorporates EHS best practices into business processes • Responsible for EHS oversight, governance, reporting, cost control. Communicates and enforces EHS policies.
