Job Title: Recruiting Director Company: ASRC Energy Services Location: Anchorage, AK Description: The Staffing Manager/Director is responsible for developing and implementing staffing strategies for ASRC Energy Services (AES) to attract and retain the talent needed to achieve its business plans. This key role will work with managers throughout this 5,000employee organization headquartered in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska to forecast staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and build effective and positive recruiting processes for applicants and hiring managers. The position will also provide leadership to HR and Recruiting professionals to ensure utilization of innovative recruiting practices consistent with the Company's values and hiring goals. Job Requirements A bachelor's degree in a Business, Human Resources or related field. A minimum of eight (8) years experience in recruitment and/or human resources including leadership of a recruiting function. Experience implementing or managing on-going development of an Applicant Tracking system. Experienced with professional, technical, and craft level recruitment A Professional Human Resources Certification preferred. Comprehensive knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws, including EEOC regulations, ADA, FLMA, ERISA, COBRA, etc. Prior oil and gas services or construction/engineering industry experience helpful.
