The Recruiting Coordinator manages all aspects of the on- and off-campus recruiting program and maintains the on-line job posting system. The Coordinator ensures that the recruiting service is prepared for the new recruiting cycle and that all workshops, employer presentations, and student interviews are scheduled. This position requires an emphasis on meeting the needs of students and employers and ensuring that all constituents are provided with information in a courteous, timely, and effective manner. Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated attention to detail. A commitment to working with students, university professionals, and employers is essential. The Centers team approach calls for an individual who works well both independently and as a member of a team. Extended work hours are often required during the peak of recruiting season.
