And you can make it happen at Cargill.    Position Overview   Assist with development and execution of strategic procurement vision for the Corn Milling facility in Blair, NE and the Malt locations in North America (Sheboygan, Spiritwood and Biggar).  Negotiate local supply and service agreements. Management of MRO, chemicals, packaging, services, contract labor and administrative supply requirements needed to support operations and the attainment of strategic objectives.  Manage supplier relationships for region, including formal documented corrective action..  Identification and minimization of supply risk.  Continuous analysis of supply chain for cost of goods sold savings.    Principal Accountabilities 50% - Coordinate the site negotiations & contract administration for MRO, chemicals, services, contract labor, administrative product categories. Transition sites to corporate select and division preferred suppliers. Develop and execute local negotiation strategies to achieve the savings. Collaborate with Global Procurement. 15% - Communicate and implement BU procurement policies and strategies 15% - Negotiate terms and conditions and contractual language for supply agreements for the facility. 10% - Manage supplier performance for the facility. Document correcetive action and ensure supplier improvements are made. 5% - Provide leadership and innovation to help lead the cost control process and share ideas. 5% - Lead Supplier Diversity initiatives for the facility.
