Job Title: Technical Skills Trainer Company: Aeroframe Location: Lake Charles, LA Description: Position is responsible for conducting training on specific aircraft, aircraft familiarization courses, specific line and base maintenance, system familiarization, structural repair and avionics repair that conform to Aeroframe policy and procedures, customer requirements, FAA Regulations and OSHA standards. Trainer will also be responsible for research and development of training courses, including test creation, and pre-employment aptitude testing for all maintenance disciplines. Incumbent will interface with customers and departments to implement training requirements. Position is responsible for maintaining training records to meet Aeroframe, FAA and customer requirements and provide support during audits of those records. All other duties as assigned.
