Job Title: INSTRUCTOR/TRAINING COORDINATOR II Company: Location: Laurens, SC Description: Serves as primary training coordinator and quality assurance coordinator for Whitten Center. Through staff training and monitoring, this person is responsible for insuring compliance with all applicable departmental, state and federal regulations pertaining to the operation of an ICF/MR. *Coordinates/provides training for all new hire employees and training as determined appropriate for all staff. *Coordinates/provides ongoing monitoring of services to insure compliance with appropriate departmental, state and federal regulations. *Insures that all WhittenCenter policies are kept current with applicable departmental directives, and state and federal regulations. *Responsible for all external regulatory compliance documents, including POCs for DHEC surveys and follow-up processes. *Participates in appropriate committee functions, particularly those related to QA/QI, and Risk Mgmt. *Otherrelated duties.
