APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo, Ohio is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

 

Description

The HR Business Partner plays a significant role in helping to manage the HR operations and implement strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.  The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of human resources to include strategic planning, policy and benefits administration, employment law, compliance, leaves of absence, government reporting, disciplinary procedures, recruitment and talent management, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, masters preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Assistant Director of Human Resources or similar HR role
  • Understanding of multiple state employment laws
  • Provides support and training to HR team members
  • Bridges management and employee relations
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company
  • Analyzes issues, evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations
