At iHire, we understand the importance of OFCCP compliance. We have two tools available for employers who post a job with us:
Voluntary Self-Identification Form (Free)
Our Voluntary Self-Identification Form can be added to any job you post with us at no extra cost. The questionnaire covers ethnicity, race, gender, disability, and veteran statuses. You will be able to view the form details before choosing to include it.
To include the Voluntary Self-identification form with your posting, select “Yes” under “Voluntary Self-Identification Form” in Step 3 as you are posting your job. To include it in a job that’s already posted, go to the Manage Jobs tab, click on “Manage” next to the job you’d like to edit, then in the blue “Edit Job” button in the top right corner of the page.
To view your OFCCP report, go to the Manage Jobs tab, click on “Manage” next to the job you’d like to view, and you’ll find a link to the report just under the red “Archive Job” button on the right.
Cross-posting on DiversityWorking.com (Additional $99)
You may also choose to cross-post your job on DiversityWorking.com to target ethnic, age, gender, ability, and lifestyle diversity groups as well as veterans. If you select this add-on, your job will automatically be posted on DiversityWorking.com as well as the iHire niche site(s) you selected. All of your applicants will still be managed through your iHire dashboard.
Immediately after posting your job, you will see a pop-up offering optional upgrades including the $99 cross-post on DiversityWorking.com. To cross-post your job, select “Add to Cart” on this page.
To cross-post an active job on DiversityWorking.com, please call Customer Success at 877-316-4111, Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.
