The primary objective of a Senior Compensation Analyst is to provide advanced consulting and analytical expertise to support the development, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs, practices, and policies to meet the changing needs of Memorial Health System's compensation program and associated practices. They will work closely with the leadership team on the development of job descriptions, job families, evaluating jobs, reviewing qualifications and licensure requirements for compliance with legal guidelines and recommend range placement based on market data and internal equity.
