The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Human Resources Coordinator. Under direction, this position will perform professional duties in the area of transactions administration and employee programs for assigned agency divisions. The position will serve as a professional resource for assigned areas, applying extensive knowledge and expertise with personnel systems to answer questions, resolve conflicts, and research information. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is focused on ensuring that supportive personnel processes are fulfilled in an efficient, effective manner to provide the best possible service to agency employees. Minimum Qualifications
1.Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college
2.Requires one year of professional experience, preferably in human resources
